Policies

Please give your stylist a minimum of 24 hours notice if cancelling your appointment. This will allow us time to fill your spot. No-shows and cancellations less than 24 hours prior to your appointment will be charged full price.

We require a Credit Card to hold your appointment and do not charge any amount until your service is complete.

In order to get the most from our time together, please refrain from bringing guests, children or pets to your appointment. 

Minors 16 years old and under must be accompanied by an adult throughout the appointment.

We understand that things happen. If you are going to be late, please be courteous and let us know. If clients arrive 20 minutes late or more without notice, your stylist reserves the right to cancel or alter your service. No shows will be charged the full amount of the missed appointment.
